Responsibilities:

Greet customers professionally at the front desk Answer and direct phone calls Schedule and manage client appointments Provide clear information regarding program eligibility Review and verify application information and documentation Enter data and process online or on-demand applications Assist with general administrative duties and provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records

Required Qualifications:
