Full-Time Customer Service Representative We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to be the face of our bank. As a CSR, you'll provide exceptional service, handle financial transactions with accuracy, and support customers with their banking needs in courteous and professional manner. What You'll Do:
Customer Service Excellence and Relationship Development Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all bank deposit products and services to effectively support customer needs. Identify customer needs through friendly, engaging, and professional interactions. Recommend appropriate banking products and solutions tailored to individual customer goals and financial needs. Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding with empathy and professionalism. Resolve customer concerns promptly and accurately to ensure a positive banking experience. Build strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and fostering trust and loyalty. Transaction Processing Accurately process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing, while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Assist customers with safe deposit box access and provide account information in a secure and professional manner. Promote and educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to enhance their banking experience. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy and reduce risk. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing a seamless, efficient, and secure experience with every interaction. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, security standards, and internal policies. Retail Deposit Operations and Compliance Maintain a thorough understanding of teller operations and all opening and closing procedures in accordance with bank policies and guidelines. Accurately verify, balance, and reconcile cash drawers, negotiable instruments, and vault funds. Follow established security procedures to protect bank assets and minimize risk. Maintain knowledge of applicable banking regulations and compliance requirements. Stay informed on product features, associated risks, required disclosures, and service terms to provide accurate customer support. Strategic Goals and Culture Support the bank's culture by consistently demonstrating core values and professionalism in all interactions. Collaborate with the Banking Officer Manager and branch team to support growth and operational excellence. Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs effectively. Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment that encourages communication, respect, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent. Post high school technical training or continuing education is desired. Excellent communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills using tact and professionalism. Applies sales and service management techniques to achieve bank goals and objectives.
