University Hospital | Medical Staff Administration This position will have the primary responsibility of coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities, travel, calendars, and projects supporting the Chief Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Officer, AVP/Senior Director for Clinical Quality & Patient Safety, and medical staff administration general support. This position will involve interactions at all levels of the organization and the public. This position will be responsible for developing and coordinating materials needed for meetings and following up on multiple requests from various leaders. This position will draft and compose letters and/or reports, take meeting minutes, arrange meetings, make reservations, travel, order supplies, food, and other duties as requested. This position will also be responsible for assisting with other senior leader's calendars and tasks within Medical Staff Administration as needed. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Administrative experience in a hospital, executive suite, and/or supporting multiple leaders is desired; two years' experience in administrative capacity is required. This position will require a person with sound judgment and the ability to prioritize. This position requires the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions and recommend appropriate action.
