$22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience Requirements 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives 2+ years of office management experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Fingerprint Clearance Card required Job Duties Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials Screen calls, manage communications, and serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders Maintain confidential records and sensitive information Oversee daily office operations and front desk/reception activities Coordinate office supplies, vendors, equipment maintenance, and facility services Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities Assist with admissions paperwork, file maintenance, and document tracking Plan meetings, events, conferences, and office celebrations Manage office budgets, procedures, and compliance initiatives Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial. Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred. Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and professionalism are well positioned for success as an Executive Assistant. Physical Capabilities Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks. Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment. Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
