Job Description

Executive Assistant Supports the SVP & Corporate Controller and SVP of Tax with high-level administrative and operational assistance across both departments. What You'll Do Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for two senior executives across global time zones Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with sound judgment Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence Coordinate travel, expense reports, and vendor invoices Support the department during financial close and other high-volume periods Help prepare materials for Audit Committee, CFO, and finance leadership meetings Assist with tax department operations: billing, budgets, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and recordkeeping Assist with tax authority correspondence and global data collection Manage office logistics - meeting rooms, supplies, and general office support Handle ad hoc requests as needed What You'll Need 7+ years supporting senior executives in an administrative role Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Strong communication skills; comfortable working across international teams/time zones Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team Flexibility for early/late hours as needed
