- Executive Assistant
- Supports the SVP & Corporate Controller and SVP of Tax with high-level administrative and operational assistance across both departments.
- What You'll Do
- + Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for two senior executives across global time zones + Handle confidential and time-sensitive matters with sound judgment + Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence + Coordinate travel, expense reports, and vendor invoices + Support the department during financial close and other high-volume periods + Help prepare materials for Audit Committee, CFO, and finance leadership meetings + Assist with tax department operations: billing, budgets, purchase orders, invoice approvals, and recordkeeping + Assist with tax authority correspondence and global data collection + Manage office logistics — meeting rooms, supplies, and general office support + Handle ad hoc requests as needed •What You'll Need•+ 7+ years supporting senior executives in an administrative role + Bachelor's degree preferred, not required + Strong communication skills; comfortable working across international teams/time zones + Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Excellent judgment, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities under pressure + Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team + Flexibility for early/late hours as neededMotion Recruitment Partners (MRP) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
