full-time San Francisco | Global Venture Capital Firm This is a rare opportunity to support a highly respected C-Suite Executive at a premier global Venture Capital firm based in San Francisco. Competitive Salary and Benefit Package. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. We are seeking a strategic, highly polished business partner who thrives in an exceptionally fast-paced, high-performance environment and operates with absolute discretion, emotional intelligence, and precision. The ideal candidate has experience supporting senior executives within Private Equity, Venture Capital, investment firms, or similarly high-intensity global organizations. Exposure to LP investor relations is strongly preferred. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs before they arise, manage complex global coordination seamlessly, and serve as a trusted extension of the executive in both internal and external interactions. What You'll Bring 5-8 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level or senior executives Experience within Private Equity, Venture Capital, investment management, or a comparable fast-paced environment Strong understanding of high-touch executive support and global operations Familiarity with LP investor relations preferred Exceptional judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality Outstanding organizational and communication skills Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure High emotional intelligence and executive presence Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Skills Executive Calendar Management Global Travel Coordination Investor Relations Support Strategic Partnership Executive Communications Project Management High-Level Confidentiality Stakeholder Management Event & Meeting Coordination Emotional Intelligence This is an exceptional opportunity for a career Executive Assistant seeking a highly visible role with a world-class organization and leadership team.
