You will help manage relationships, assist in sales activities, and ensure smooth communication between our clients and internal departments. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the development of projects and help oversee the full lifecycle of projects. Carry out tasks assigned by the Senior Account Executive, supporting the team in successfully executing the project. Assist with the administrative tasks related to client accounts, maintaining client relationships and assist with overall account management activities ensuring top level customer service. Proactively track and update the status and progress of client accounts, ensuring the accurate submission of orders and requests. Participate in client meetings and presentations, taking notes and following up on action items as needed. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring consistent communication and understanding of client needs and expectations. Required Qualifications 4+ YEARS
EXPERIENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE, PREFERABLY IN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, CONSUMER PRODUCTS OR A RELATED FIELD DETAIL-ORIENTED AND PROACTIVE WITH STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES WILLINGNESS TO LEARN
