Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support a dynamic C-Suite founder. This is a rare opportunity to partner with an incredible entrepreneur and visionary leader. We're looking for someone highly engaged, intellectually curious, and operating at the top of their game. No two days will look the same. You'll blend traditional EA support with high-level projects, presentations, and thought leadership alongside entrepreneurs and investors. About the Role This role calls for a self-starter who thrives on responsibility, anticipates needs, and seamlessly manages competing priorities. The ideal candidate connects dots, identifies efficiencies, and proactively solves problems before they arise. You will be a trusted right hand both tactical and strategic, ensuring the executive stays focused on what matters most. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex calendar, meetings, and high-level correspondence. Serve as a polished point of contact for key stakeholders, investors, and partners. Prepare research materials, decks, investor communications, and marketing assets. Drive logistics for client visits, retreats, and corporate events. Oversee execution of conferences and special events with flawless attention to detail. Act as a strategic partner by streamlining operations and anticipating needs. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and pivot seamlessly as priorities shift. Provide occasional personal administrative support. Handle after-hours requests with discretion and urgency when needed. Qualifications 5+ years' experience as an Assistant in professional services, with 2+ years supporting senior C-Suite executives (preferred). Mastery of MS Office, Google Suite, and Outlook. Curious and knowledgeable about AI Tools and Software Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities. Superior written and verbal communication. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives on creating efficiencies. Calm under pressure, with high discretion when handling sensitive information. Compensation + Location $125,000-$150,000 base + bonus, 100% employer-paid health benefits, and 401K with match. Onsite 4x in Santa MonicaSimilar remote jobs
