DOE Position Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support hotel operations, digital platforms, and executive-level administrative needs. This role will focus on maintaining accuracy across hotel booking channels, monitoring online content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting daily operational initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and verify hotel room rates, availability, and information accuracy across various booking channels, websites, apps, and online platforms. Review and maintain hotel content, including descriptions, amenities, promotions, and other digital information to ensure consistency and accuracy. Track and follow up on hotel KPIs through different brand portals, reporting systems, and internal platforms. Monitor online guest reviews, comments, and social media activity; assist with follow-ups and maintaining a positive online presence. Support executive and operational tasks, including reporting, data tracking, coordination, and administrative support. Analyze digital information and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement across hotel platforms, including but not limited to Marriott mDash, Hilton MCP, Quore, Canary. Learn and utilize hotel-specific software, systems, and tools as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hotel information and digital content remain updated and accurate.
