: Executive Assistant Confidential (Exempt/Non-Bargaining Unit Position)LOCATION

Full Time (39 hours per week)SALARY & BENEFITS
: $71,223.36 - $92,618.76, annually ($35.12 - $45.67, hourly).Complete package of fringe benefits including Vacation and Sick Leave, Health Insurance, 17 paid Holidays, and CalPERS Retirement. Travel allowance for field work.JOB SYNOPSIS & QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY
: A professional position, classified as confidential, providing administrative and analytical support to the Executive Director, Executive Staff, and Board of Directors; may provide direction to office support personnel. Reports directly to the Executive Director. Coordinates meetings, keeps minutes, participates in management staff meetings; tracks and coordinates a variety of high level, sensitive assignments to ensure timely and uniform completion; conducts special studies and projects, screening or responding to written and verbal inquiries; researches and prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, charts, surveys and summaries; communicates with others on behalf of the Executive; provides support to committees and Board of Directors; maintains a variety of records and files. Screens and processes incoming correspondence, reports and documents; prioritizes and notes necessary action, referring to others as appropriate. Other duties as assigned. Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Requires skill in handling sensitive and confidential information with tact and diplomacy; working under pressure and time constraints; dealing with changing priorities; working independently. Requires equivalent to A.A. Degree in Business and four years professional experience performing administrative support, preferably in a non-profit setting.TYPING CERTIFICATE REQUIRED FILING INSTRUCTIONS
