Pacific Staffing is partnering with our Sacramento based client to identify a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant (Human Resources) to support HR leadership and ensure smooth, efficient departmental operations. This role is ideal for a detail-driven administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing confidential information, and enjoys supporting senior HR leaders through high-level coordination, communication, and project execution. The Executive Assistant (HR) will provide direct diverse administrative support to a busy HR Vice President with complex calendaring, meeting and travel coordination, manage reporting, special projects and liaison communication channels for department executive team, as well as coordinate internal department events and meetings. 100%
OnsitePay:
$35+/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to HR Vice Presidents, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.

Assist the Executive Assistant to the CPO with high-priority initiatives and executive-level administrative tasks.

Support invoice processing, budget tracking, purchasing requests, and departmental documentation.

Draft, edit, and format presentations, reports, and communications (PowerPoint, Word).Maintain tracking systems in Excel; support data entry, organization, and reporting.

Coordinate HR events, engagement activities, and off-site meetings.

Serve as liaison between HR leaders and internal/external partners; manage confidential information with discretion.

Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and support cross-functional projects.

Track deadlines and ensure HR leaders remain aligned with deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Business Administration, HR, Office Management, or related field preferred.7+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior HR or organizational leaders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

High initiative with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively.

Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across teams.

Demonstrated confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and continuous-improvement mindset.
