Job Title:
Executive Assistant Location:
San Jose, CA Duration:
6+ months contract
Minimum Qualifications Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to one or more executives, including complex calendar and travel logistics.
Technical Proficiency:
Expert-level proficiency in
Microsoft Office Education:
BA/BS Degree.
Project Management:
Proven experience prioritizing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
Language Proficiency:
Expert level in English, both verbal and written communication required
Preferred Qualifications Executive Level:
Prior experience supporting VPs or C-level executives at a large-scale global technology company.
Software Expertise:
Demonstrated ability to quicly adapt to intra-network software, such as, but not limited to, Concur, Sharepoint, Archibus, and Workday. Able to integrate AI tools for efficiency and a holds a commitment to ethical AI practices.
Leadership:
Experience mentoring other admins and managing logistics across multiple cross-functional teams.
Autonomy:
A consistent track record of working under own initiative, seeking feedback where appropriate, and changing direction quickly in response to new data.
Discretion:
An impeccable record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all professional partnerships.
Language Proficiency:
Basic understanding/speaking of the Korean Language is preferred, though not required.
