This pivotal role offers the opportunity to support executive leadership through exceptional administrative and project coordination skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating proactive problem-solving, excellent communication, and a passion for streamlining operations. As the right-hand person to the GM, you will manage schedules, facilitate internal communication, coordinate events, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks that keep our leadership running smoothly. This paid position is designed for an energetic professional eager to contribute to a thriving organization while developing their career in executive support. Duties Manage and coordinate the GM's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and using tools like Google Workspace. Provide comprehensive executive administrative support by handling correspondence, preparing reports, proofreading documents, and transcribing meetings with precision. Organize and facilitate events like weddings, meetings, and conferences from planning stages through execution, ensuring all logistical details are flawlessly managed. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and practice professional phone etiquette during internal and external communications. Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices and supporting basic office management functions like filing and record keeping. Support project management initiatives by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Skills Proven experience in office management or as an executive assistant with strong organizational skills. Skilled in event planning, project coordination, calendar management, and managing executive schedules efficiently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading and transcription tasks. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels in a fast-paced environment.
