This is an administrative operations role supporting the day-to-day functionality of the office. The company is looking for a long-term team member, not someone seeking a short-term stop or a stepping stone. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Managing kitchen inventory and stocking supplies Handling incoming and outgoing mail Assisting with general office operations Processing check deposits using a check scanner Light accounting-related administrative support General administrative assistance to various departments Supporting basic banking-related administrative tasks Pulling bank statements from online portals Scanning and organizing documents Assisting with various administrative projects and operational tasks Opening doors for deliveries at the back entrance and occasional visitors at the front entrance Supporting office logistics and ensuring the office runs smoothly
Requirements:
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred Prior experience in an administrative, office operations, office assistant, administrative coordinator, or similar support role Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including executive leadership
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
