Executive Assistant to CEO (Part-Time, In-Office)
Location:
Greenwich, CT Schedule:
Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours/week , Monday-Thursday (5-6 hours per day)
Compensation:
$30/hour

Immediate About the Role We are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing healthcare company. This is a high-trust, execution-focused role best suited for an ambitious early-career professional who values precision, accountability, and operating in a professional, high-performance environment. This is an in-office role based in Greenwich, CT. Experience in structured environments with high performance standards (e.g., corporate, finance, consulting, healthcare administration, regulated environments, or large institutions) is strongly preferred. Demonstrated academic performance and strong written communication skills are required. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, discreet, responsive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize the CEO's calendar as a strategic asset — prioritizing meetings, protecting focus time, and sequencing commitments in alignment with company priorities Serve as the first layer of executive communications triage — reviewing inbound messages, identifying high-priority matters, drafting responses when appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-through Coordinate complex scheduling across clinicians, senior staff, external partners, and vendors with precision and discretion Track open loops and action items across initiatives, proactively driving follow-ups to completion Support basic financial analysis and modeling projects as directed by the CEO (e.g., organizing data, building structured spreadsheets, scenario comparisons, tracking revenue or expense trends) Assist in preparing executive materials, summaries, and structured documents to support operational and financial decision-making Maintain organized systems for documents, financial files, and reference materials Coordinate travel and professional logistics with attention to efficiency and schedule integrity Act as a trusted operational extension of the CEO, reducing friction and ensuring priorities move forward efficiently Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Degree in a practical or professional discipline , such as: Business Administration Communications Psychology Economics Political Science Public Health Healthcare Administration or a related field 2+ years of corporate experience, finance preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of administrative tasks Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs) or similar tools Reliable transportation and ability to work in-office in Greenwich, CT Consistent availability during the scheduled work hours Who This Role Is For This role is ideal for someone who: Is early in their professional career (2-6 years of experience) Has worked in a structured, professional environment (corporate, finance, healthcare, education administration, or similar) Takes pride in execution, responsiveness, and follow-through Is looking to build strong professional foundations under direct chief executive exposure Who This Role Is Not For This role is not designed for: Long-term career administrative professionals seeking senior-level EA positions Candidates seeking remote or hybrid flexibility Individuals unsure about working in-office consistently Additional Details This is a non-exempt, hourly position with accurate time tracking required No clinical or patient-facing responsibilities Professional work environment with clearly defined responsibilities To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief note explaining your interest and availability.
