This essential position requires a consummate professional who anticipates needs, manages complex projects, and serves as a key gatekeeper. You will oversee sensitive corporate operations with the utmost discretion and accuracy to enhance the CEO's daily efficiency. We have multiple offices; this is not a standard nine-to-five job. You will be required to check email and messages after local business hours. Key Responsibilities Manage the CEO's intricate calendar and schedule changes. Screen incoming executive communications, emails, and phone calls. Draft professional correspondence, board presentations, and operational reports. Track critical project deadlines across the distribution network. Oversee the management and interaction of a global team of resources. Interact with top company customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary clinical and financial data.
Professional Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years supporting C-level executives, preferably in distribution, wholesale services, or healthcare.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and interactive communications.
Organization:
Exceptional project management skills with extreme attention to detail and an ability to document processes.
Communication:
Professional written and verbal communication for high-level networking and interaction with medical professionals.
Aptitude:
High emotional intelligence, proactive problem-solving skills, and situational awareness, with an ability to see and create a solution. Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary commensurate with experience. Medical and dental reimbursement Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
