We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper / Executive Assistant to support our CEO and CFO while assisting with the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of our growing company. This unique role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with high-level executive support, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, outstanding attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. Equally important is the ability to exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. As a trusted member of our team, the successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting administrative operations, coordinating executive priorities, and helping ensure the efficient and seamless operation of the organization. This position requires someone who is proactive, dependable, resourceful, and committed to delivering high-quality work while providing exceptional support to executive leadership. •Applicants must be able to successfully pass a background check.
