Full Job Description Must Have Requireements:

3+ years supporting C-suite executives Experience working within a large enterprise organization High-energy, positive personality with exceptional relationship-building skills Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, presentations, reports, and executive communications Advanced PowerPoint and presentation-building skills Bachelor's Degree required Healthcare or hospital system experience MBA or MHA A large regional healthcare system is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the primary support partner for both the COO and CHRO. This individual will provide white-glove executive support while helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations for two highly visible executives.

Responsibilities include:

Complex calendar and scheduling management Travel coordination and expense management Preparing executive-level presentations and reports Managing sensitive and confidential information Supporting executive communications and correspondence Coordinating meetings and leadership events Building relationships across the Executive Assistant team and broader organization Creating PowerPoints, dashboards, spreadsheets, flowcharts, and business documents The ideal candidate is someone who can anticipate needs before they arise, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, remain calm under pressure, and build trust quickly with executive leadership.

Pay:

$40.00 - $55.00 per hour
