Responsibilities:
- Ability to Pivot, must be organized
- Material Accusitions
- Product Research
- Run Errands
- Assist project managers & mangers
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, and budgeting
- Support HR functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee record management
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems
Experience:
- Construction office
- Proven experience in account management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work self sufficiently
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable relationships with clients
