Summary Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state of the art, KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. KPMG Lakehouse boasts 800 single king bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi-purpose meeting space, along with 4 unique food and beverage venues including a 500+ seat three meal venue that features 8 diverse culinary experiences. Executive Administrative Assistant responsibilities include: Perform direct administrative support to General Manager along with leadership team by proactively managing team member's schedules, facilitating conference calls and various meetings Creatively determine ways to streamline the daily tasks for the facility's leadership team Act as a liaison between the General Manager and facility business partners to ensure effective and productivemunication Work closely with facility leadership to effectivelymunicate key information and special projects as directed by the General Manager Hyatt colleagues work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards.
