Works collaboratively with others to achieve effective outcomes. Understand and assist with different facets of the practice's business. Adheres to all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to healthcare and the Medical Practice including Safety, Infection Control, HIPAA and Compliance Program.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent, prefer Bachelors Degree. Five years executive administrative office experience, prefer 2 years or more medical executive administrative experience. Experience working with medical records and complex legal cases a plus.
Required skills:
Strong Microsoft Office product skills. Organized, deadline driven, ability to work with confidential and sensitive information appropriately, strong attention to detail, Self starter, Role Model for the practice, excellent Customer Service skills. Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly and effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA, Medical Records and Medical Terminology is a plus. Bilingual preferred.
