Junior Executive Assistant Location:
Ball Ground, GA Employment Type:

Executive Leadership Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Junior Executive Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to executive leadership. This is a confidential position requiring excellent judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate is proactive, polished, resourceful, and comfortable working with sensitive information. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to executive leadership Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, and presentations Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed Organize files, records, and confidential information Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally Assist with special projects and research Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-up items Coordinate with internal departments and outside contacts Help keep executive priorities organized and moving forward Perform other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, executive assistant, office management, or related experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Exceptional attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and other common business software Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment Ideal Candidate The right person will be someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged . You should be able to anticipate needs, stay organized, communicate clearly, and recognize what needs to be handled before being asked. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior executive support or operations role over time. Confidentiality This is a confidential search . Compensation:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
