Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to Pace-O-Matic's President and/or CEO. This role manages executive schedules, communications, travel, meetings, and daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Travel, including overnight stays, is expected for this position. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for the President/CEO. Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate travel and accommodations. Prepare reports as needed. Take and distribute meeting minutes. Maintain accurate records and files. Support internal and external communications. Assist with special projects and administrative tasks. Handle confidential information professionally. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred. Experience in related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing priorities and deadlines. Can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.
