We build

Class 3 cable assembliesand wire harnesses. We have been a continuous Defense Logistics Agency primecontractor since 2013, supplying every U.S. military branch and major defense primes. We are now growing beyond cable. Our CEO is launching new ventures in advancedaviation and emerging technology, and this role sits at the center of that work. The Role You will be the CEO's right hand for new business initiatives. He generates ideas fast; yourjob is to capture each one, research it, organize it, and follow it through until it is done ordecided. This is not a calendar-only role. About 70% of your time goes to research, follow-through,and communication, and about 30% to scheduling and administration. You will learn how amanufacturing company plans, finances, and launches a new venture, working directlywith the leadership team. What You Will Do Turn ideas into action (about 30%) Capture the CEO's ideas from meetings, calls, texts, and voice notes, then turn them into clear action items with owners and due dates Keep one master tracker of every open initiative and task, and follow up until each is closed Run a short weekly priorities review with the
CEO:
what is done, what is stuck, what is next Research (about 25%) Research markets, competitors, suppliers, potential partners, and possible locations,including overseas Timeframe First 30 days: Learned the CEO's priorities and working style. Setup a single tracker for every open idea and task.

Delivered your first research brief. First 90 days: Run the weekly priorities review on your own.

Nothing assigned to you goes more than a weekwithout a status update. Delivered 5 or moreresearch briefs the CEO acted on. First 6 months:

Become the go-to person for moving the CEO'sinitiatives forward. Handle outreach, meetings, andfollow-ups with outside partners with littledirection. What You Will Do Turn ideas into action (about 30%) Capture the CEO's ideas from meetings, calls, texts, and voice notes, then turn theminto clear action items with owners and due dates Keep one master tracker of every open initiative and task, and follow up until each isclosed Run a short weekly priorities review with the
CEO:
what is done, what is stuck, what isnext Research (about 25%) Research markets, competitors, suppliers, potential partners, and possible locations,including overseas Look into regulations, permits, certifications, and government programs, andsummarize what applies to us Deliver one-page briefs that state the answer first, separate facts from assumptions,and recommend a next step Communication and coordination (about 15%) Draft emails, letters, outreach, and presentation slides for the CEO's review Coordinate meetings with bankers, real estate brokers, government offices, andbusiness partners; take notes and send follow-ups within 24 hours Keep the leadership team informed on what the CEO has decided and what he needsfrom them Administration (about 30%) Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and meeting preparation Organize project files, contacts, and records so anyone on the team can find them Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and Microsoft Office every day to research, draft, andsummarize faster What We Are Looking For Required Strong communicator: You write clear, short emails and summaries. You ask when something is unclear instead of guessing.

Problem solver:
Given a vague task, you figure out the first stepyourself and come back with options, not justquestions.
Organized and dependable:
You track everything and close every loop. Whenyou say it is done, it is done.

Experience:
2 or more years as an executive assistant, project coordinator, research assistant, or similar role.
Eligibility:
Authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass a background check. Nice to have Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or a startup Daily use of AI tools for research and writing Fluency in Vietnamese or another Asian language A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
