Half operations, half helping support our content production team. You will learn how a real startup runs, from the inside, on day one.
ABOUT US
Dad Unit/Mom Unit are a fitness app and coaching community for busy parents. It was built by a former Special Forces medic who spent years training Hollywood actors before building this company. Small team. Real customers. Growing fast.
WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
Run camera on content shoots. Phone rig and simple setups. We will teach you everything. Keep the calendar, the inbox, and the follow-ups moving. Help produce a weekly show for our community. Handle errands, shipping, gear, and the hundred small things a startup generates. Sit in on real business decisions and see how the whole machine works. Proficient or willing to learn Claude, GoHighLevel, Kit.
WHO THIS FITS
You are organized and reliable. When you say it is handled, it is handled. You are comfortable with technology and learn new tools fast. You want startup experience more than you want a fancy title. Students and recent grads encouraged.
BYU-Hawaii and UH students:
this is the kind of resume line that opens doors. No film or fitness background required. Reliability and taste required. DETAILS Full-time, in person. Kailua / windward Oahu. Some flexibility around shoot days.
Pay:
$20 to $26 per hour depending on experience. A paid internship version of this role is possible for the right student. Ask.
