In this vital role, you will serve as the right hand to the Executive Director, managing a wide array of administrative tasks. Duties Provide administrative support to the Executive Director Enter donations into donor management software and generate donor acknowledgements Prepare weekly bank deposits Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies Serve as point-of-contact for IT support Assist the Director with various aspects of facility management, maintenance, and HR Coordinate arrangements for the Society's annual board meeting. Other administrative and secretarial duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 4+ years of experience supporting executives Expert using Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Adept at learning new software Attention to detail (including proof-reading/grammar & spelling) Excellent communication skills Experience trouble-shooting issues with computers and printers Experience contacting vendors for services Must be well organized and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Join us as an Executive Assistant and become an integral part of our vibrant team! Pay:
