You will handle the physical, day-to-day operations of the office — mail, banking, document handling, and errands — supporting the CFO and a remote business manager. This role is about reliability, discretion, and follow-through: you are the person who makes sure the tangible things happen every day. Key Responsibilities  Open, log, scan, and route daily mail; maintain organized physical and digital files.  Prepare and run bank deposits; maintain deposit logs.  Distribute payroll checks and other disbursements as authorized.  Perform weekly cash counts for the youth life-skills vending program and reconcile against program staff logs.  Pull, copy, and organize physical documents requested by external auditors.  Run business errands (bank, post office, supply pickup, document delivery).  Provide general administrative support to the
CFO:
scheduling, correspondence, signature routing.  Follow written procedures for cash handling and document retention. Qualifications  2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or executive assistant experience.  High school diploma required; associate degree or bookkeeping coursework a plus.  Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (regular errands required).  Comfortable handling cash and checks under documented procedures; prior cash-handling experience preferred.  Proficient with email, scanning, spreadsheets, and general office software; QuickBooks exposure a plus but not required.  Discretion with confidential financial and youth information.  Must pass fingerprint-based background checks and clearances required to work at a residential youth facility. Employment offer is contingent on clearance. What Makes This Role Different  Small, mission-driven team — your work directly supports programs teaching youth real-world life skills.  Clear scope: this is an operations-and-presence role, not a bookkeeping role. Growth toward bookkeeping is possible for the right person.  You will work directly with the CFO from day one. Compensation & Schedule 
