You will handle the physical, day-to-day operations of the office — mail, banking, document handling, and errands — supporting the CFO and a remote business manager. This role is about reliability, discretion, and follow-through: you are the person who makes sure the tangible things happen every day. Key Responsibilities Open, log, scan, and route daily mail; maintain organized physical and digital files. Prepare and run bank deposits; maintain deposit logs. Distribute payroll checks and other disbursements as authorized. Perform weekly cash counts for the youth life-skills vending program and reconcile against program staff logs.
