Maintenance Manager I Primary Location:
East St.Louis, IL Shift:
Salaried- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours/week; Overtime needed as per business needs and training objectives.
Reports to:
Plant Manager Compensation:
$130,000- $150,000 + Benefits The range shown reflects the targeted pay scale.
- including technical writing Well skilled with computers and software including MS Office applications and SAP Team player, adaptable to changing priorities Able to drive continuous improvement using Key Performance Indicators for monitoring progress Well organized and well versed in scheduling and coordinating multi-trade activities/projects High level of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation aptitude Advocate of safe work practices Responsibilities Provide leadership to the Maintenance Group.
