Responsibilities:
Manage complex, ever-shifting calendars and meeting logistics, often across multiple time zones Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and contingency planning Draft, edit, and manage correspondence, board materials, presentations, and internal communications Prepare and reconcile expense reports; support light budget tracking and vendor coordination Serve as a key liaison between the executive and board members, senior leadership, clients, and external partners Anticipate scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities, and adjust plans proactively Coordinate logistics for offsites, board meetings, and executive-level events Manage projects and follow up on action items on the executive's behalf Exercise sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and personal information
Qualifications:
