We're looking for a dependable line cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in producing consistently great food.

Schedule This position begins with:

Friday Saturday Sunday Monday Typical shift: 6:30 AM-3:15 PM Occasional earlier start times may be required for catering production. Additional weekday hours may become available for the right candidate. Compensation $18.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience Includes service fee bonus shared among eligible team members Opportunities for growth and increased hours What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Has previous line cooking experience Breakfast experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with equitable kitchen experience Works with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality Is dependable, punctual, and takes pride in their work Communicates well with teammates Stays organized during busy service Is willing to help wherever needed Responsibilities Prepare breakfast and lunch menu items according to recipes and quality standards Work efficiently during busy service periods Prep ingredients and restock the line throughout the shift Assist with catering preparation Wash dishes and maintain a clean workstation Take out trash and complete daily cleaning tasks Follow food safety and sanitation standards Work as part of a team to keep the kitchen running smoothly Physical Requirements Ability to stand for duration of shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Why Join Courageous?
