EP!C is seeking a highly organized, professional, and collaborative Executive Assistant who will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, executive and administrative leadership, and Board of Directors. To provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, the executive and administrative leadership, and board members of a mission-driven agency that serves over 600 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Executive Assistant will manage schedules, communications, and project coordination to ensure organizational efficiency and executive effectiveness, while upholding confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Support the agency's mission, vision, values, and strategic plan philosophy Manage all responsibilities based on the agency's mission, using individual choice, and all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct oneself in a way that reflects the highest standards of professional courtesy and ethical practices to people served, staff, guardians, families, and all outside contacts Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. 5 years of professional related experience. 2 years of supervisory experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience is considered. Valid driver's license Proof of automobile insurance Frequent walking and sitting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.- preform regular reaching, grasping, and standing physical activities related to an office environment.
