This position is also responsible for the daily operation of the local Schaumburg, IL office, serving as the primary on-site vendor contact as well as property management liaison for all related activities. Expectation is to be located and based full-time in the office per corporate policy. This position directly supports the President, NFI Brokerage, and EVP, Chief Commercial Officer of the organization. Manage and maintain Executives' schedules utilizing Google calendar Handle travel arrangements including expense reports Serve as liaison for Executives - both externally and internally Prepare and distribute sales and operations teams update reports Perform general administrative duties including ordering office supplies, serving as on-site vendor contact as well as internal liaison, ensuring efficient operation of the local office Collect and prepare content for monthly executive presentations Prepare agendas, presentations and make arrangements for team meetings. Perform duties as requested by the Executives Bachelor's degree preferred; 10+ years equivalent experience supporting executive-level management, preferably in a C-suite environment Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Self-starter with an enthusiastic approach and "can do" attitude, high energy Willing and able to be nimble and flexible in the face of change Attention to detail in composing, preparing, proofing materials Working with a sense of urgency - establishing priorities, flagging items for attention and meeting deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent internal and external customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability and availability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends as needed by the Executives. We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $70,561.92 - 94,082.56. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
