Executive Support with Purpose As an Executive Assistant, you'll be a trusted partner to executive leadership, providing proactive support that helps drive organizational success. Through organization, professionalism, and attention to detail, you'll help leaders stay focused on serving our Members, employees, and communities. You'll make an impact by:

  • Executive Partnership
  • Manage calendars, communications, confidential information, and executive priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Meeting & Travel Coordination
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements, and expense reporting while ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Project & Presentation Support
  • Support strategic initiatives through research, presentations, communications, and project coordination.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  • Partner across teams and with external stakeholders to keep information flowing and priorities moving forward. What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of executive support experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
