Job Description
Williams, Williams & Lentz, LLP is a fast paced full-service public accounting firm. We provide tax, assurance, consulting and bookkeeping services to our clients. We have offices located in Paducah and Mayfield, Kentucky. We are currently looking to hire an administrative accounting assistant for our Paducah office. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel Detail-oriented, accurate and organized Typing and ten-key skills Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral Multitasking on several projects at once Problem-solving and decision-making skillsEssential Job Functions:
Assemble tax returns and administrative tasks associated with filing tax returns such as: Copying/scanning Assembling returns for either electronic filing or mailing to governmental agencies Presenting clients with their tax returns and coordinating signatures Maintaining department files and filing system, both electronic and hard copies Responsible for receiving and distributing mail to the office Provide clerical assistance; including proofreading and formatting financial statements Calendar management for the Firm's partners Handles requests for information and data Resolves administrative problems and inquiries Performs special projects throughout the yearWork Schedule:
Office hours are 8-5, Monday- Thursday and 8-1 on Friday after tax season
- December 31st Additional hours are required to be worked during tax season, including some Saturdays (January
- April 15th).
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00- $22.
