- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, events, and conferences
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry ## Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is desirable
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
