Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for an experienced, detail-oriented candidate who can keep schedules, communications, and priorities running smoothly in a dynamic environment. The role requires sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee executive calendars, monitor inbox activity, and coordinate appointments to ensure leaders are prepared and aligned on priorities.
  • Arrange business travel, build detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for meetings and events involving senior leadership.
  • Prepare board and leadership meeting materials, organize agendas, document key discussion points, and distribute follow-up items.
  • Review and process expense reports, invoices, and executive correspondence with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Help maintain efficient office operations by tracking supplies, working with external vendors, and supporting day-to-day administrative needs.
  • Contribute to project-based work by gathering information, conducting research, and assisting with task coordination across teams.
  • Take ownership of special assignments and provide dependable administrative support as organizational needs evolve.
