Executive Assistant
Job Description
Position Summary The Part-Time Executive Assistant gives high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior director staff. The role helps leadership run smoothly through careful calendar management, clear communication, and board coordination. The right person is organized, discreet, and moved by our mission. Key Responsibilities Manage the Executive Director's calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics Prepare correspondence, agendas, meeting materials, and presentations Coordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including packets, minutes, and follow-up Serve as a professional, warm first point of contact for board members, partners, funders, and staff Track deadlines, action items, and follow-through on priority projects Keep files and records organized and confidential Support special projects and events as needed Qualifications 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience; nonprofit experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and the ability to manage competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Sound judgment and a firm commitment to confidentiality A commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centered values and to diversity, equity, and inclusion
