- Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring optimal time management for the executive.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, adapting to changes as needed.
- Prepare and submit detailed expense reports, tracking business and travel expenses.
- Organize and support internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate events and board meetings effectively.
- Create and maintain professional documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support based on urgency and context, including weekend responsiveness.
- Deliver daily and weekly status reports, ensuring proactive communication and organization. Executive Assistant Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Arts.
- Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience in corporate or professional services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work in a high-performance culture with evolving priorities.
- Preferred familiarity with finance or private equity environments.
- Strong composure and professionalism, with the ability to handle demanding situations.
- Eligibility to work in the U.
