Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of administrative support experience, including at least 2 years supporting executive-level leadership (VP level or above).
  • High School Diploma
  • Experience managing complex calendars, scheduling, and executive communications.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Professional executive presence with strong interpersonal skills.



Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting executives within a healthcare organization.
  • Experience supporting government relations, public affairs, or government entities/contracts.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.

Job DescriptionDay-to-Day Responsibilities:

Insight Global is seeking a highly professional Executive Administrative Assistants to support senior leadership within a healthcare organization for Government Relations. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executives by managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting presentations, tracking projects and action items, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, inbox management, and meeting coordination.
  • Act as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders while exercising discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare, review, edit, and proofread PowerPoint presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive communications.
  • Support executive meetings by developing agendas, coordinating logistics, taking meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Assist with project management activities by monitoring timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and executive initiatives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, special events, and executive functions as needed.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare briefing materials for leadership.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive communications.

Perform administrative and operational support functions to ensure efficient day-to-day executive operations.
