Responsibilities The Senior Executive Assistant to the President supports the President & CEO and the Executive Vice President. They are responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of the Executive Suite and providing high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Team through performance of such duties as: Managing complex calendars in Outlook and coordinating meetings Coordinate and support monthly Board of Director and other committee meetings Serve as the primary point of contact by answering and directing calls and emails in a prompt and courteous manner Oversee day-to-day operations of the Executive Suite like ordering office supplies, managing facilities requests, opening and reviewing mail, and preparing for meetings Preparing invoice payments As a key representative of Mercy and the Executive Team, the Senior Executive Assistant to the President is often the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to providing exceptional support while representing Mercy's values and mission. Requirements Must possess a high school diploma or GED, college degree preferred 3-5 years of executive-level administrative support experience, preferably for a CEO or similar role Must be fully proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Min USD $38.58/Hr. Max USD $69.44/Hr. Salary Information Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
