Type:

full-time Temporary Executive Assistant LHH is partnering with a respected financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a proactive, polished, and highly organized Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a temporary assignment through December 2026, offering competitive hourly compensation and the opportunity to work closely with executives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment, exercises sound judgment, anticipates executive needs, and can effectively manage shifting priorities. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and comfortable handling confidential information while serving as a trusted administrative partner to senior leadership.

Location:

Baltimore, MD - Onsite, 5 days per week

Pay Rate:

$24-$35/hour

Duration:

ASAP through December 2026 Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, scheduling, communications, and meeting coordination Manage executive communications, including calls, emails, and correspondence with internal stakeholders, vendors, clients, and external partners Coordinate complex calendars and competing priorities while proactively identifying scheduling conflicts and anticipating executive needs Plan and manage meetings from start to finish, including scheduling, agenda preparation, presentation materials, logistics, and follow-up Provide administrative support for board and committee meetings, including calendar coordination, preparation of materials, meeting logistics, and follow-up Prepare executives for meetings and presentations by coordinating agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and other necessary documents Maintain organized records of meetings, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion of next steps Draft, format, and update correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other executive-level materials Coordinate domestic travel, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executives and business teams Support travel and event logistics for roadshows, conferences, client meetings, and marketing initiatives Coordinate with sales and business teams to ensure seamless execution of executive and team travel Track and maintain monthly and quarterly activity related to travel, meetings, and business initiatives Assist with special projects and other administrative priorities as assigned Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism Serve as a dependable liaison between senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or similar role supporting senior-level professionals Experience supporting executives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment preferred Exceptional calendar management, organizational, and time-management skills Strong ability to prioritize multiple competing requests and shifting deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished and professional presence Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to quickly learn and navigate systems such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, and other business platforms Demonstrated discretion, tact, and sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and independently follow through on assignments Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively Financial services or professional services experience is a plus Benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan.
