Job Description
Executive Assistant | Rockville, MD (On-Site) $85,000-$120,000 | Direct Hire Established professional services firm seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and office operations. Full-time, onsite Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, scheduling, email communications, meetings, client interactions, confidential records, document preparation, workflow tracking, billing support, vendor coordination, and special projects.Requirements:
3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, discretion, organization, and ability to work independently. Professional services experience preferred.Benefits:
