Job Description

The Coast to Coast Group is a privately held owner and manager of real estate and business operations with headquarters in Rochester. We are seeking someone for our Rochester office who will work on a wide array of tasks with other team members reporting directly to the owner. Candidate should be a quick learner, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management skills and the ability to work independently with limited supervision is essential. This is not an entry-level position. This is not a remote position . In this position you will be tasked with completing the following Process and sort mail according to company policy; Assist in payment of Company vendors and other third party bills in accordance with Company policy; Assist in utility turn on and and turn off for Company property; Assist in entry of invoices and bills into Company CRM and Quickbooks Compile third party reports elative to financial matters of Company for owner review; Communicate with third party persons and agencies regarding missing rent or revenue due Company; make bank deposits Maintain an orderly and up to date filing system; Maintain a high level of confidentiality; Demonstrate the core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork at all times; Keep financial information up to date for CPA and third parties; Manage and Monitor financial reports related to Company assets and business for Owner review; Assist in document production for annual tax returns of Company and liaison with Owner and CPA; Other responsibilities on an as needed basis as may be further set by upper management. This position will work direct with owner to ensure that office funds smoothly Qualifications At least 3 years of office experience (quickbooks experience is preferred but not required) Property Management background is helpful but not required; Attention to detail & accuracy is critical High proficiency in Computers, MS Excel and MS Access (Microsoft Office Suite 2007 or newer). Strong data entry/10-key skills. Conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality. Possess the ability to maintain and promote a positive and professional attitude.
