Overview This position is for an executive assistant/office manager. This is a long-term career position with strong growth potential. Core Responsibilities Open the office in the morning, answer client calls, and addresses inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner. Manages client database; maintains all client information; tracks client calls, appointments, email communications, important dates, and sales Schedules and coordinate regular client meetings to strengthen client relationships Ensure client paperwork is received and properly scanned, submitted, and filed Assist with meeting preparation, printing and assembling reports, client meeting follow-up procedures, etc. Assist in identifying prospective clients through client referrals Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring social media strategy Performs other related duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Highly proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Financial services background. Extremely motivated, proactive, and energetic Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills Experienced and adaptable with technology, specifically CRM, is preferable Position Requirements This position has flexible hours. Non-exempt and could be full-time. Candidate be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week Eligibility for this role is contingent upon a satisfactory background check
