Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and highly organized Executive Assistant to support daily operations in New Jersey. This long-term contract opportunity with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing executive support with hands-on office coordination in a fully onsite environment. The right candidate will bring professionalism, initiative, and a positive presence while helping keep schedules, travel, and administrative processes running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and keep executive priorities organized and on track. Arrange business travel, including itineraries, reservations, and related logistics for leadership and staff as needed. Provide direct administrative support to senior leadership, including meeting coordination and follow-up on key action items. Oversee day-to-day office operations by maintaining supplies, materials, and general workplace organization. Track timesheets and productivity-related administrative records with accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely handling and proper documentation. Serve as a central point of contact for general office needs, helping maintain an efficient and welcoming environment. Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, manage information, and support routine administrative workflows. 2+ years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role. Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with minimal supervision. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication skills and a confident, outgoing approach to working with internal teams. High level of initiative, dependability, and attention to detail in daily administrative tasks. Ability to work fully onsite Monday through Friday.
