full-time The Opportunity A highly regarded, founder-led organization is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Founder & CEO. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment and understands how to create meaningful leverage for a highly engaged executive. The Executive Assistant will manage a complex and fluid schedule, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, anticipate needs, and help ensure the Founder & CEO's time and attention remain focused on the organization's highest priorities. The ideal candidate is polished, highly organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable operating with significant autonomy. This person will bring excellent judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with senior executives, clients, advisors, investors, and other high-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a highly complex and frequently changing executive calendar. Prioritize competing demands across internal meetings, external commitments, travel, and strategic priorities. Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and point of coordination for the Founder & CEO. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and last-minute changes. Prepare meeting materials, agendas, background information, and other relevant briefing materials. Track follow-ups, commitments, and action items. Manage and coordinate communications with senior internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely with members of the leadership team to support executive priorities. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, operational needs, and potential issues before they arise. Support select special projects and strategic initiatives. Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality. Continuously improve systems, processes, and workflows that support the executive office. Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting a Founder, CEO, Managing Partner, senior executive, or similarly demanding principal. Demonstrated experience managing highly complex calendars and executive travel. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong judgment and the ability to make thoughtful decisions independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly proactive with the ability to anticipate needs. Calm, adaptable, and effective in a fast-changing environment. Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence. Comfortable interacting with senior and high-profile stakeholders. High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong proficiency with modern productivity and communication tools. Ideal Background Experience in a fast-paced, high-touch professional environment is strongly preferred. What Success Looks Like The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the Founder & CEO, developing a strong understanding of priorities, anticipating needs, protecting executive time, and creating structure around a demanding and evolving schedule. This individual will bring exceptional follow-through, sound judgment, discretion, and a highly proactive approach to the role.
