Job Description

Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to our Managing Director, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Key Responsibilities Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
Communication Management:
Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle correspondence, draft emails, and maintain clear communication channels.
Client Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings as required.
Project Support:
Provide support on special projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support role.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
