Why You'll Love This Opportunity Join a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact in the community Collaborative and supportive leadership team Opportunity to wear many hats and play a key role in daily operations Stable organization with opportunities for professional growth Responsibilities Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, meeting coordination, and correspondence Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming calls Maintain office operations by managing supplies, mail distribution, office equipment, and vendor service contracts Organize and maintain electronic files, shared folders, and important organizational documents Prepare board meeting materials and assist with board administration Support finance leadership with expense tracking, grant-related documentation, and light bookkeeping Coordinate purchasing for office and facility needs, including office supplies, food and beverage orders, and petty cash management Assist with facility rentals, special projects, event planning, and organizational mailings Collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure deadlines and administrative processes are met Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information Experience supporting multiple executives is a plus Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required Experience with SharePoint or document management systems is a plus Prior nonprofit experience is a plus EB-2086855555
