Job Type:
Part-Time, Contract-to-Permanent Seeking an experienced Administrative / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and general office operations. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule during core business hours, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking approximately 24-25 hours per week. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate executive travel arrangements, including airfare, hotels, and ground transportation, and process related travel and business expense reports.

Manage calendars for senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Create, edit, and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents.

Provide general administrative support, including maintaining electronic records, coordinating meetings, tracking follow-up items, and assisting with special projects.

Serve as a professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders and provide backup front desk/reception coverage as needed.

QualificationsPrevious administrative experience supporting executives or senior leadership.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.

PreferencesExperience with Concur or a similar travel and expense management system strongly preferred.

Previous experience coordinating executive travel, calendars, meetings, and expense reporting preferred.
